Immigrant Visa Processing
1.
File Visa Petition (Form I-130) with USCIS
2.
Approved Petition is forwarded to the National Visa Center (NVC)
3.
Once a Visa becomes available the NVC will contact the Petitioner by mail or email and request the filing/processing fees
4.
Petitioner submit the Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) and the Applicant submits their Application for an Immigrant Visa (Form DS-260)
5.
Applicant submits supporting documents
6.
Applicant is scheduled for their Immigrant Visa Interview
7.
Applicant must enter the United States within Six (6) Months of the issuance of their visa. After arriving in the United States the Applicant must request their Green Card be mailed to them
